Order processing
We process most orders within 1–3 business days. Orders received on weekends or statutory holidays are processed the next business day. Processing includes order verification and packing; items may ship from one or more fulfilment locations and can therefore arrive in separate deliveries.
Delivery estimates
Once your order leaves our facility, expected delivery times are generally:
- Within Canada: 3–7 business days after shipment
- To the United States: 5–10 business days after shipment
These are estimates only and actual transit times depend on the carrier and the destination. Multiple-package orders may arrive on different days.
Shipping charges and taxes
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and depend on the items, total order weight and destination. Applicable sales taxes are collected as required by Canadian tax rules and depend on the delivery address. Duties or additional cross-border taxes for shipments to the U.S. or other countries may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.
